Why this price
A follow-up consultation in India is commonly ₹300 to ₹800. Starter and Standard cost less than one of them a month, and Pro about one. Saving even a minute per patient in a 30-patient OPD gives you back half an hour every day.
Do plans renew automatically?
Only if you turn on AutoPay (UPI AutoPay or card). You get a notice before every charge and can turn it off from Plan & billing at any time; the time you have paid for is kept. Otherwise you pay for a month or a year at a time, and we email you before it ends.
What does the trial include?
Everything in Pro, for the first days after you sign up. No card is asked for. When it ends you are simply on the Free plan unless you choose a paid plan.
Can I switch plans or add storage later?
Yes, at any time from Plan & billing. The days you have left carry over, converted at the two prices, so nothing you paid for is lost.
What counts as a stored file?
The signed PDF of each prescription and every photo or PDF you attach to a patient. Patients and prescription records themselves are never limited. If your storage fills up, new prescriptions are still filed and printable; only their PDF copy is not kept until you add a storage pack or delete old documents.
What happens to my records if I stop paying?
Nothing is deleted. Every patient and prescription stays in your account, searchable and printable. Only the monthly filing limit of the Free plan applies again.
Is GST included? Where are my payments?
The line under the prices on this page says whether GST is included. Every payment is listed with its date and amount under Plan & billing in your account.
